An agency who knows the Inverness and surrounding area very well as they are locally owned and independent with many years experience of the local market. As one of the few agents who only do accompanied viewings included in the fee, it is important to bear this in mind as, yes, they are more expensive than most but they will work hard to get the best price for the market conditions.
