All of our team in the Lettings Department are friendly and approachable and strive to give excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants. Having the required qualifications for all letting agents, we are confident at providing our landlords with all the relevant information they require, to let out their properties and be compliant with the legislation that comes with it.

Our Packages

We offer several packages to suit our landlords, but our most popular is the fully managed (stress free) service. It’s where they sign the agreement, hand us the keys and we become pro-active in sourcing good quality tenants, who have been professionally screened for them.

In Letting there is “the repairing standard”, then there’s the TMM standard.
