Tailormade Moves Doubles Portfolio with Exciting Acquisition 🎉

We’re delighted to share some very exciting news: Tailormade Moves has acquired Scottish Highland Property Services (SHP), taking our managed-portfolio up by around 200 properties. This marks a major step forward in our growth and in how we serve landlords and tenants across Inverness, Ross-shire and the Highlands.

What this means for our clients:

The acquisition nearly doubles our lettings portfolio, thanks to the addition of SHP’s properties.
We’re pleased to welcome three of SHP’s trusted team members — Liz, Lorraine and John — who have now joined our Tailormade Moves family. Their knowledge and experience bring continuity for SHP’s clients.
For existing landlords and tenants with SHP, it’s business as usual — the only change is the name. Structure, service and relationships remain intact.
Our commitment to a locally-owned, independent business remains unchanged. As SHP’s former owner ― Ewen Smith ― highlighted, he chose us specifically because our values aligned around customer service and deep local connections.
