What a year we had at TMM!
Tailormade Moves/31st January 2025Welcome to 2025 but what a year we had in 2024…we sold 248 houses, gained 5 new staff members, had many achievements and had a really good laugh too!
New Employees
Amanda Maclean – Amanda joined us back in February 2024 as a Listing Agent and has been thriving ever since! She loves listing new properties and selling them too!
Joel Sleet – Joel is our lettings superstar who joined us in June. Joel has just finished his apprenticeship in Business Administration and can’t wait to keep on learning and carry on thriving in the Lettings team!
Laura McDonald – Laura joined us at the same time as Joel in June. Laura is also doing an apprenticeship but in Digital Marketing that she is thoroughly enjoying. Laura is working in the Sales admin team and is the face behind our social media!
Suzy Gowans – Suzy joined us in October and works in the Sales admin team. Suzy has picked up the job really well and feels part of the TMM family already!
Katherine Martin – Katherine is our newest member of the team. Katherine joined our sales team in November and is loving picking up lots of helpful tips from the other agents!

The Negotiator Awards – We are beyond delighted to have won a Silver Award for Regional (Scotland) and we were Highly Commended in Estate Agency of the year (Small) with the Negotiator Awards for 2024!
BEAG Award – We are beyond delighted that we have won a Gold Award for Marketing, Services and Results with the Best Estate Agent Guide for 2025!
The Herald Newspaper Property Awards 2024 for Scotland – We were so excited when Tailormade Moves had been selected as finalists in the Estate Agency Team of the Year!
We achieved the most Sales Agreed & New Instructions in 2024 according to Rightmove! – Having came 1st for Sales Agreed and New Instructions in 2023, we were delighted to come 1st AGAIN for Sales Agreed and New Instructions for 2024 as well!
Some of the LOCAL charities we sponsored and supported in 2024 –
Inverness Musical Theatre – We were the main sponsor for their production of Made in Dagenham in March which also starred our director Morna!
Eden Court Pantomime – We were one of the sponsors for the second year in a row for their production of Jack and the Beanstalk.
Highland Hospice – We donated £25 from each house sale in 2024 making a grand total of £6,150 for the hospice!
MFR Cash4Kids (Mission Christmas 2024) – All employees donated presents and we also made a cash donation of £500.
Mikeysline – We made a cash donation of £500 in December 2024.
Blythswood Foodbank – Our team gave our annual food bank donation to Blythswood in December 2024.
Construction companies/housing developers we worked with in 2024 –
Compass Construction have 2 new housing development sites: Borlum Meadows and Swordale Grove.
Borlum Meadows is an exciting new housing development in Drumnadrochit! The development is fully under way with many of the 6 different house types already built. We already have 8 families settled in their new homes with a further 4 plots reserved!
Recently launched, Swordale Grove is another new housing development also being built by Compass Construction. This smaller housing development is in Evanton with only 8 houses available. There are 2 different bungalow types to choose from – detached or semi-detached. With 1 plot reserved so far, the others will be snapped up soon!
Prestige Properties are luxury home builders and developers. Their high quality, bespoke residential homes perfectly blend functionality with pleasing aesthetics, often set in some of the world’s most beautiful settings. They currently have developments in Fortrose, Daviot, Auldern, Drummossie Brae, Silverbirches and Tomintoul! With 6 plots reserved so far, we are expecting more to be snapped up in 2025!
