Tailormade Moves are officially the best small estate agency in the UK!

Our directors Morna & Karine headed back down to London for The Negotiator Awards 2023 to win not one but TWO awards!

The Negotiator Awards are the UK’s biggest independent awards organisation for estate/lettings agencies within the property industry. The awards have been established for 15 years and have built up a fantastic reputation. Entry into the awards is free and the judging panel consists of some of the highest achieving leaders and experts in the property industry. The judging process is robust, open and transparent, meaning it’s the most inclusive and well-respected Awards in the country.

Winning The Negotiator Awards is recognition of a property company’s exceptional standards and is an accolade regarded as the pinnacle of achievement in the UK residential property industry. Hundreds of companies and individuals enter each year. It is a gold standard for the customers of those businesses to rely on when choosing an agent or a supplier company.

Further to achieving the above Highly Commended in 2 categories in 2022, the team were focused on bringing home an award this year.

Karine & Morna attended the Awards ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London for the occasion. We were shortlisted for THREE categories, including:

Estate Agency of the Year (small) (UK wide)
Regional Agency of the Year (Scotland)
Community Champion of the year (UK wide)

We are DELIGHTED to say we won the BEST small Estate Agency of the Year in the UK, beating a shortlist of 28 agencies from all corners of the UK, to win the top trophy! We also took home a Bronze award in Regional Agency of the Year for Scotland. We are beyond proud of this achievement, especially for our hard-working team. For just a small team of 13 in the North of Scotland, we have come so far. We couldn’t have done it without all of our amazing staff and our fantastic clients.
